Absolutely! We love creating custom pieces. If you have a specific design, color, or size in mind, please reach out to us at eightpawsdesigns@gmail.com, and we'll work with you to create something special.

We specialize in small batch handmade ceramics, including mugs, plates, bowls, vases, and decorative pieces. Each item is crafted with care and attention to detail, making each one unique.

To keep your ceramics looking beautiful, we recommend avoiding sudden temperature changes (such as placing hot items on cold surfaces, or placing room temperature piece in hot oven 😜). Hand washing is ideal for certain pieces, especially those with intricate designs or golden details, to preserve the artwork.

We accept returns and exchanges within 5 days of purchase. The item must be unused and in its original packaging. Please contact us if you have any issues with your order, and we’ll do our best to resolve them. All sales of custom orders are final.

Most of our ceramics are microwave and dishwasher safe. However, we recommend hand-washing delicate or highly decorative pieces to maintain their beauty over time. Please note that all pieces with gold details are not microwave safe.

You can edit the title from the FAQ 'Settings' tab in the Editor. To remove the title from your mobile app go to the 'Site & App' tab in your Owner's app and customize.
